firmaotsing.ee is a free public search engine for Estonian companies and their directors. No registration is required and the site carries no advertising.

Data sources

All data comes from official open feeds:

• Estonian Business Register (RIK): company details, boards, shareholders, beneficial owners, annual reports. avaandmed.ariregister.rik.ee
• Estonian Tax and Customs Board: the public list of tax debtors (debt above €100).

Updates

The database is refreshed every day from the RIK and MTA open feeds. As a consequence, totals and rankings can shift from one day to the next.

Accuracy

We do not modify the source data. If something looks wrong or out of date, it most likely is in the source system too. In that case the correction has to be filed directly with the Business Register or MTA — we cannot act as an intermediary.
